...sucks. And I'll tell you why.
Let me start from the beginning. Actually, that beginning starts about one year ago, which marks the start of a long and drawn-out sequence of incredibly unfortunate events ranging from the absurdly unlucky to the life-altering, frustrating to health-compromising, and stressful to scary. Therefore, I shall tell my (very long) story in pieces. As I feel the motivation to continue recounting these infelicitous events, I will post another entry advancing the story.

SO! I've embarked on a little hobby....modeling! I joined a website called pinuplifestyle.com (I'm a huge fan and practicer of pinup/retro/rockabilly style and culture) and immediately was offered a photo-shoot! I informed the photographer that I'm not a model and had never ever modeled before, but he wanted to take a chance on me. The website happened to be having a gathering at a local shop not far from where I live, so I got to stop by and meet everyone beforehand and felt really comfortable going forward with it.
