Heaven on Earth

I found it one day: a little bit of heaven on earth. Beauty can be found in the most unexpected places.

All evening, I was taking photos of the sky. The sunset was casting vibrant colors across the sky, and speckled clouds made the affect all the more dramatic. I've always made absolutely sure to remember to just look up every once in a while. I almost always am able to find something amazing. This time, I found something wonderful just by looking down - into a puddle in the middle of an empty parking lot. All it took was one inadvertent glance. I could see the reflection of the heavens in this lonely little puddle, and did my best to capture it.

Fascinating things can be found anywhere and everywhere, you just have to take the time to look.
